Act of Power:
Imagine a ball of pure white light in your heart chakra. 
Within that light feel peace, strength, and the love of the goddess, let it fill you and radiate within you. Imagine a column of white light rising from the ground before you, coming up from the earth.

From your heart chakra send a beam of green light to the column of white light, this is the channel for healing energy 
to flow through.
